YNY Design + Construction Pte Ltd ("YNY") was officially established in 2001, having grown from its initial humble set up as YNY HomeTech Engineering in 1994. As we gained trust of more clients and proved ourselves capable of managing projects of greater scale, we evolved into a multi-disciplinary design & built organisation. Over the years, we harnessed and honed our creative skills while remaining constantly committed to our goals - to provide quality design and well-executed interior architecture that satisfies the functional requirements and aesthetic expectations of our clients.
Our comprehensive professional services include feasibility studies and site evaluations, concept and detail design development, implementation of materials and color schemes, building and construction, and more. The birth of YNY Design + Construction Pte Ltd (“YNY”) started with a simple dream and a sole-proprietary company, YNY HomeTech Engineering in 1994. With growth in both number of clients and size of projects, YNY was born in 2001. The principal goal of our organisation is commitment to quality design and well executed interior architecture.
YNY’s professional services include: feasibility studies and site evaluations; conceptual and detail design development; implementation of materials and colour schemes; building and construction. This enables YNY to provide a TURNKEY Solution to its clients. It provides a ONE-Stop centre for all.
