Project Details
YNY Design + Construction was responsible for the successful completion of the AB SCIEX (Distribution) project. This involved leasing 2,500 m² in JTC 1 North Coast for R&D and commercial office use, accommodating 120 associates with future expansion to 160. The turnkey fit-out included design, M&E work, office furniture, and systems installation, addressing specific needs for both R&D and office zones, such as individual power sources and ventilation. The project also entailed redesigning and adding to the basic infrastructure provided by the landlord.
About the Design
The design aimed to create a contemporary laboratory ambiance that highlights their product, while also exploring specific areas within the space. The selection of materials and equipment adheres to the MCST requirements for the building, which boasts certification as a Green Mark Platinum structure.
