In 2022, YNY Design + Construction partnered with Stewart Solution Pte Ltd to undertake a visionary project at Sentosa Southside, focusing on the construction of a new event space. This endeavor aimed to create a versatile venue that blends seamlessly with Sentosa's natural beauty while catering to a variety of events and gatherings.
About the Design
At YNY Design + Construction, we applied our expertise to create an architectural vision blending contemporary design with Sentosa's landscape. The new event space maximises natural light and optimises views of greenery and waterfront, ensuring an immersive and aesthetically pleasing environment for all events.
Behind the Process
Sentosa Southside Project by YNY Design + Construction addressed challenges such as steel structure material requiring local code stamp accreditation, limited trench drains on site and adherence to Covid protocols. Our approach focused on careful planning, executing approved methodologies, close client coordination, implementing traffic management, ensuring proper material handling and closely collaborating with the QP to meet design requirements and local code restrictions, ensuring successful project delivery with precision and compliance.
